1. Equalization

2. On-line repair of
single cell:
connect the cell the
activation meter or
charger with the
laggard battery and
charge the single
cell.

discharge
Charge and
discharge the
battery by one
cycle, then charge
the battery by the
lower limit of the
equalization voltage
About 30% of the
rated capacity is
released.
