We recommend all Merlin gas detection equipment be commissioned by a competent/trained engineer to ensure
correct installation and operation. The Merlin range of gas detectors are calibrated when manufactured, however,
we strongly recommend the detectors response and alarm signals are tested and validated once installed. This will
ensure the equipment performs as intended and is free from any unforeseen damage caused by transit/installation.
