PROBLEM SOLVING
1. The indicator light does not work
- The power supply is not connected or the
power button has not been pressed.
- Check if the cable is plugged in correctly
and that its socket is valid for the electrical
specifications of the appliance. Press the
power button.
- If this phenomenon persists, request main-
tenance from professional personnel.
2. No coffee comes out or the coffee comes
out too slow.
- There is no water in the water tank or the
coffee powder in the filter is too tight or the
amount of coffee in the filter is too little or
too much.
- Fill the water tank. Choose the right coffee
powder and put it in the portable filter in
the correct quantity.
3. There is a water leak.
- The water tank is leaking or the portable
filter is leaking.
- Check if the water tank is in place or if it is
damaged. Check that the coffee powder in
the filter is well pressed.
4. When the buttons are pressed, they do
not light or work.
- The power supply is not connected.
- Check if the cable is properly plugged into
the socket. If it doesn’t work, ask a profes-
sional for maintenance.
