The indicator light for a cup icon will flash
rapidly when preparing hot water.
3. “Steam” button: turn the knob to this
position to froth milk. The indicator light for
the two-cup icon will flash rapidly while pre-
paring steam.
COFFEE PREPARATION
IMPORTANT: Clean the machine before its
first use or after it has not been used for a
long time.
1. Turn the knob to the “coffee” position.
2. Add a tablespoon of coffee powder to the
portable filter. Press the coffee powder with
the coffee press.
3. Place the portable filter in the correct
position.
4. Place a cup on the drip tray and select
the coffee strength by pressing the one-cup
or two-cup button. Note: the light flashes a
few seconds before the coffee is dispensed.
MAKING MILK FOAM
1. Pour AT LEAST 50 ml of whole milk into
the cup.
2. Place the cup of milk under the steam
wand, making sure the wand is submerged
in the milk.
3. Select the “Steam” function. Wait a bit for
the steam to prepare (the two-cup icon light
will flash in the meantime). Once ready, it
will be automatically expelled through the
tube to froth the milk.
