The following table presents Auto Reheat/Cook feature Programmes, quantities,
standing times and appropriate recommendations.
Food Code/Serving Size Instructions
Ready Meals
(Chilled) 1. 300-350 g
2. 400-450 g
Put on a ceramic plate and cover with
microwave cling film. This programme
is suitable for meals consisting of 3
components (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables and a side dish like potatoes,
rice or pasta). Stand for 3 minutes.
Frozen Dishes
Frozen Ready
Meals
1. 300-350 g
2. 400-450 g
Take frozen ready meal and check if
dish is suitable for microwave. Pierce
film of ready meal. Put the frozen ready
meal in the centre. This programme is
suitable for frozen ready meals consisting
of 3 components (e.g. meat with sauce,
vegetables and a side dish like potatoes,
rice or pasta). Stand for 4 minutes.
Frozen Pasta/
Gratin
3. 200 g
4. 400 g
Put the frozen pasta gratin into a suitable
sized glass pyrex dish. Put the dish on the
rack. This programme is suitable for frozen
pasta gratin such as lasagne, cannelloni or
macaroni. Stand for 2-3 minute.
Drinks
1. 150 ml (1 cup)
2. 250 ml (1 mug)
Pour in to a ceramic cup and reheat
uncovered. Place cup (150 ml) or mug (250
ml) in the centre of turntable, Stir carefully
before and after standing time. Stand for
1-2 minutes.
Frozen Mini
Quich/Pizza 1. 150 g (4-6 pcs)
2. 250 g (7-9 pcs)
Put the frozen mini-quiches or mini-pizzas
evenly on the rack.
Using the auto rapid defrost feature
The Auto Rapid Defrost feature enables you to defrost meat, poultry, fish, fruit/
berry.
The defrost time and power level are set automatically.
You simply select the programme and the weight.
First, place the frozen food in the centre of the turntable and close the door.

1. Press the Rapid Defrost button.
2. Select the type of food that you are
cooking by pressing the
Up/Down
button. Refer to the table on the
following page for a description of the
various pre-programmed settings. At
that time, press the
Select button to
select the type of food.
3. Select the size of the serving by
pressing the
Up/Down
button.
4. Press the START button.
• Defrosting begins.
• The oven beeps halfway through
defrosting to remind you to turn the
food over.
5.
Press the
START
button again to
continue defrosting. When cooking has
finished, the oven will beep and flash
“End” 4 times. The oven will then beep
one time per minute.
NOTE
• You can also defrost food manually. To do so, select the microwave cooking/
reheating function with a power level of 180 W. Refer to the section entitled
“
Cooking/Reheating
” on page
14
for further details.
• Use only dishes that are microwave-safe.
