EQUIPMENT TERMS

LOSS OF IMAGES.

We will not compensate you for any lost pictures

due to malfunction of your camera, the transmission of images via

PCS Vision services, or otherwise.

DEVICE COMPATIBILITY.

Certain camera functionality only works with

PCS Vision services. Any use of this camera with incompatible

devices may result in damage to the camera, the phone or both.

PHYSICAL DAMAGE TO CAMERA.

This camera should not be shaken,

struck or manipulated outside of the normal course of camera use.

Like most electronic devices, improper handling or care of your

camera may result in permanent damage and loss of images. Do not

expose this camera to moisture or attempt to use underwater.

SUNLIGHT OR BRIGHT LIGHTS.

Do not aim your camera into the sun or

at bright lights. Aiming your camera into the sun or bright lights may

cause permanent damage to your eyes and is strongly discouraged.

WARRANTIES.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN LIMITED

WARRANTY PROVIDED WITH YOUR CAMERA, SPRINT DISCLAIMS

ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, NOT EXPLICITLY STATED

IN THIS AGREEMENT, AND IN PARTICULAR DISCLAIMS ALL

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR

PURPOSE, AND WARRANTIES RELATED TO THIRD PARTY

EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL, SERVICES OR SOFTWARE. THE SERVICES

AND ANY MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENT ARE SUPPLIED "AS IS," TO
