to set TE, duration, and maximum heart rate.
The following describes each TE level:
•
Easy
: Maintain general health and improve your endurance.
•
Moderate
: Maintain your basal fitness level and improve your cardiovascular
endurance.
•
Improving
: Improve your basal fitness level and cardiovascular endurance.
•
If you exercise for a shorter duration than that designated for the TE, the exercise
intensity will increase to achieve the TE.
•
If you feel pain or discomfort while exercising, stop immediately and consult a
medical professional.

Flick your finger down from the top of the screen to return to the running screen.
The setup is completed.

The heart rate measurement starts. Start running when the measurement is completed.
You can view information, such as burnt calories and speed, on the screen.

When you finish running, tap the screen, and then tap
Stop
→
OK
to stop monitoring
your exercise information.
