Do not insert a memory card into the SIM card slot. If a memory card happens to 
be lodged in the SIM card slot, take the device to a Samsung Service Centre to 
remove the memory card.

•  

Use caution not to lose or let others use the SIM or USIM card. Samsung is not 
responsible for any damages or inconveniences caused by lost or stolen cards.

•  

The phone cannot support two CDMA cards at the same time in China.

•  

When you insert the China Telecom (CTC) card and your other service provider’s 
SIM card on your device, the CTC card will automatically connect to a 4G network 
and the other SIM card will connect to a 2G network. If you use your other SIM card 
for a 4G network, your CTC card will be connected to a 2G network.

Replace the battery and back cover.

Ensure that the back cover is closed tightly.

Removing the SIM or USIM card
