• Contacts : restrict use of Contacts.
Clear memory
(Menu 9.1.6)
Use this menu to erase Contacts entries or
messages stored on the card’s memory and in
phone’s memory.
1. Select
Contacts or Messages .
2. Select the memory location you want to
clear.
3. Press < Yes > to confirm the clearing.
Reset phone
(Menu 9.1.7)
Use this menu to restore the default settings of
all user-selectable options, or clear information
in the phone’s memory.
1. Select a reset option.
• Reset functions : restore the default
settings of all user-selectable options.
• Reset all : restores the default settings
for all options and clears all information,
except for data stored in the User
memory and UIM card memory.
2. Press < Yes > to confirm the reset. The
phone reboots, turning itself off and then
back on, and returns to Idle mode.
Card setup
(Menu 9.1.8)
Use this menu to access the security options for
the card.
•
Pin check : activate the PIN check feature.
You must enter the PIN assigned to your
card each time you switch on the phone.
• Change PIN : change the PIN of your card
to a new one, provided that the PIN check
feature is enabled.
• UIM lock : set your phone to work with the
current card only
