Read Before Connecting a Computer (Supported Resolutions)

Check the resolutions supported for PC input signals.

When you connect your product to a computer, set the computer's video card to one of the standard resolutions listed in the
tables below or on the next pages. The product will automatically adjust to the resolution you choose. Note that the optimal and
recommended resolutions are 1920 x 1080 at 60 Hz (M5 series), 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz (M7/M8 series), 5120 x 2880 at 60 Hz (S9
series). Choosing a resolution not included in the tables can result in a blank screen or just the remote control sensor turning on.
Refer to the user manual of your graphics card for compatible resolutions.

"

With

Input Signal Plus

 enabled, the optimal resolutions are 3840 x 2160 at 60 Hz (M7/M8 series) and 5120 x 2880 at 60 Hz

(S9 series). With

Input Signal Plus

disabled, the optimal resolution is 3840 x 2160 at 30 Hz.

"

If the resolution is set to an unsupported one, the "

Mode Not Supported

" message may appear or noise may occur on the

screen. Make sure to set the resolution to a supported one.

"

The input ports for external devices may differ depending on the model and geographical area.
