For the Sauce
Anchor Salted Butter 40 g, Garlic- Chop
(2 ea) 14 g, Cili Padi - smash (5 ea) 13 g,
Curry Leaf 2 stalk, Knorr Salted Egg
Powder 2 tbsp.
Instructions
For Wings
Marinate the chicken for 30 mins. Then dust with
flour. Arrange on casserole with 2 tbsp oil. Put it in the
microwave oven. Select this menu in autocook and press
a
START button. When the beeps, take out it and turn
the wings over. Put it in the microwave oven and press
a
START button again. After cooking, take out and put on
paper towel.
For Sauce and Complete Dish
For the sauce, use the same casserole and put
butter, cili padi, curry leaf and garlic. Put it in the
microwave oven and operate a Microwave 90% for 2min.
30sec. After cooking, take out it and stir well. Add the
salted egg powder and mix well. Put it in the microwave
oven and operate a Microwave 90 % for 30 sec. After
cooking, quickly take out using glove and put in the
chicken wings. Pour sauce on the wings and toss well.
Serve hot.
