1. Check Method
Outdoor unit display
Indoor unit display (Operation) (Timer) (Fan) (Filter) (Defrost)
Detect when the high pressure sensor value is over 41kg/cm 2
<Cooling operation>
Outdoor unit fan motor error (lock, defect) / Motor Driver defect or Wire short / Contamination of
the outdoor unit heat exchanger / SSR defect for Fan control / Service Valve closeness /
Excess amount of refrigerant
<Heating operation>
Indoor unit fan motor error (lock, defect) /Fan Motor Capacitor defect or Wire short / Service
Valve closeness / Excess amount of refrigerant
Is the service valve opened all?
Test operation
Open the service valve.
No
Connect the S-net and Manifold
Gauge (Requisite)
Yes
Is the measuring value of S-net same as
the value of the Manifold Gauge?
Replace the high pressure
sensor.
No
Yes
Are the indoor unit and outdoor unit
EEV operated normally?
Check the relevant EEV.
No
Yes
Is there any clogged part in a piping
(Filter, etc.)?
Check the pipe.
Yes
No
Is the outdoor fan
during cooling operation or the
indoor fan during heating operation
operated normally?
Check the amount of refrigerant
Replace the relevant parts
(Motor or Fan.)
