How to Ferment Cabbage Kimchi (Upper Room) / Pour fermenter le Kimchi de choux(Compartment en haut)
Press the [Lock/Unlock] button and unlock the system.
▶ The speaker sends out “ Select a storage room. ”
Appuyez sur la touche [Lock/Unlock] pour mettre en mode (Ouverture).
▶ Vous pouvez écouter le guide vocal comme “Sélectionnez le compartment à conserver”
Press the [Compartment option] button and select upper rooms.
▶ The speaker sends out “ After controlling the [Transfer ] button, press the [Option] button.
Sélectionnez le compartment en haut à utiliser en appuyant sur la touche [Compartment
option]
▶ Vous pouvez écouter le guide vocal comme “appuyez sur la touche [Option] après avoir appuyé sur
la touche [Transfer.”]

For the upper room fermentation, it is selected in the order of
Cabbage Kimchi(Less Ferment/Ferment/ More Ferment)
→ Radish Kimchi(Ferment/ Less Ferment)
→ Watery Kimchi.

choux(moins fermenté/fermenté/plus fermenté)

When Cabbage Kimchi(More Ferment) is selected for Winter Kimchi in the upper room, the speaker
sends out
“ It ferments the Wintery Cabbage Kimchi in the upper storage room a little more ” .

Si vous sélectionnez le Kimchi pour l’hiver en Kimchi de choux(plus fermenté), vous pouvez écouter le
guide vocal comme “nous fermentons le Kimchi pour l’hiver plus fermenté situé au glissoir en haut”.

function starts. At this time, you can enjoy freshly fermented Kimchi.
