Advanced Shooting
BLC
BLC only works in CAMERA mode.
Back lighting exists when the subject is darker than the background,
such as when:
- The subject is placed in front of a window.
- The person to be shot is wearing white
or shiny clotheso be shot is wearing white
or shiny clothes and is placed against a
bright background; the erson’s face is
too dark to distinguish their features.
- The subject is outdoors and the background
is overcast.
- Any light sources are too bright.
- The subject is against a snowy background.
1. Set the power switch to CAMERA mode.
(see page 18)
2. Press the BLC button.

BLC enhances only the subject.
Note:
BLC function will not operate in P.AE or EASY mode.

4. Turn the UP/DOWN dial up or down until the
object is focused.
5. If you can't get a sharp picture, zoom out until
you can.
6. To return to AF(Auto Focus), press the MF button
again.
Note: The MF function will not operate in
EASY, CUSTOM or MENU mode.
Weiterführende Aufnahmefunktionen
Gegenlicht ausgleichen
Die Gegenlichtfunktion (BLC) steht nur im CAMERA-Modus (Aufnahme/
Aufnahme-Bereitschaft) zur Verfügung.
Eine Gegenlichtaufnahme liegt vor, wenn das Motiv dunkler als der
Hintergrund ist:

Das Motiv befindet sich vor einer Glasscheibe.
-
Die aufzunehmende Person trägt weiße oder
glänzende Kleidung und befindet sich vor
einem hellen Hintergrund; das Gesicht der
Person ist zu dunkel, um Gesichtszüge zu
erkennen.
-
Das Motiv befindet sich im Freien vor einem
bedeckten Himmel.
-
Die Beleuchtung ist zu stark.
-
Das Motiv befindet sich vor einem verschneit-
en Hintergrund.
1. Stellen Sie den Schalter für den Betriebsmodus
auf CAMERA (siehe Seite 18).
2. Drücken Sie die Taste BLC, um eine andere
Einstellung aufzurufen.

Normal - BLC - Normal
■
Mit BLC wird das Motiv heller abgebildet.
Hinweis: Bei den Belichtungsprogrammen SPORTS, PORTRAIT,
SPOTLIGHT, SAND/SNOW und HSS sowie im EASY-Modus
steht die Gegenlichtfunktion nicht zur Verfügung.
4. Stellen Sie den Fokus mit dem UP/DOWN-
Einsteller manuell ein.
5. Wenn Sie kein scharfes Bild erhalten, zoomen
Sie aus, bis das Bild scharf wird.
6. Um zur automatischen Fokuseinstellung (AF)
zurückzukehren, drücken Sie nochmals die
Taste MF/AF.
Hinweis:
Die manuelle Fokuseinstellung ist nicht
verfügbar, wenn der Aufnahmemodus
EASY oder CUSTOM aktiviert ist bzw.
wenn das Menü angezeigt wird.
