Cut the capsicum from

halves. Keep aside. In a
bowl mix all the ingredients
with light hand and in
one direction to pump
up the air in the batter.
Fill the capsicum with
batter and put curry

Wash flaked rice under
running water thoroughly.
Keep aside for ten minutes.
In a container mix all the

steam. Cook on microwave
mode and serve hot with
mint chutney.
