• Priority sender inbox :

Priority senders : List those senders whose messages receive
priority in your message list.

Email notifications : When enabled, an icon and the Email title
appear in the status bar for new messages.

Select ringtone : Choose the ringtone that plays when you
receive new messages.

Vibrate : When enabled, the phone vibrates when you receive
new messages.
4. Under Added accounts , touch the desired account. The
following options are available:
• Common settings :

Account name : Enter a name to identify the account.

Your name : The name you enter to appear in the From line of
your send messages.

Touch Signature to append pre-composed
signature text to the content of your messages, or touch
Signature to omit a signature from your
messages.
To change your Signature text, touch Signature .

Default account : When active, sends email from this account
by default.

Always Cc/Bcc myself : Adds your email address to None of
send email messages or to Cc or Bcc field of send email
messages.

Forward with attachments : Enables including copies of any
attached files when forwarding a copy of an email message.

Recent messages : Select the number of messages (25, 50,
75, 100, 200, Total) that appear in your message list.

Show images : When enabled, images included in incoming
messages are automatically downloaded and displayed.

Security options :
Encrypt all : When enabled, all outgoing email is encrypted.
Sign all : When enabled, all outgoing email is signed
electronically.
Create keys : Create private and public encryption keys to
encrypt and access your encrypted email.
Private keys : Manage your private encryption keys.
Public Keys : Manage your public encryption keys.
Set default key : Enter a default encryption key for individual
messages.
