Step 1
① Check if any Sparks are coming from the Electrode.
② Check if the gas supply valve is opened completely.
Step 2
① Check if GBR’s Shut-off lever is in open state.
② Check if supplied gas pressure is
7”(NG), 11”(LP).
③ Check for proper NG / LP setting.
③ Check for Regulator damage.
(Check if gas is being supplied through Regulator, Lubber clogged)
④ With Main gas line connected, check for any gas leakage at each Gas line,
Manifold.
