Step 1

① Check if Door Lock Motor is connected

properly.

② Check if PCB is connected properly. (CN 501)

Step 2

① Check if input voltage to Door lock motor is 120V.

② Measure the Door lock motor coil’s resistance value.

(normal R : 1750~1850Ω)

③ Check the Door Latch assembly for any issues.
