TV OPERATION
Selecting the Signal Source
The first step m programming your TV/VCR is to select the signal source in your home’s
antenna or cable TV system
Press VOL - or VOL +
button to select
“Antenna,” "Cable
STD,” “Cable HRC,” or
Cable IRC.”
For information on viewing the
main menu, see page 3.2
If your TV/VCR is connected to
an antenna, select “Antenna .” If you
have cable TV, select “Cable STD,“
“Cable HRC,” or “Cable IRC,”
depending on the type of cable system
you have.
If you are not sure what type of cable
system you have, contact your cable
company.

Storing Channels in Memory
Your TV/VCR can automatically memorize all the channels you receive. Once these
channels are in memory you can use the CH
and buttons to select the channels,
eliminating the need to enter individual channel digits with the number buttons.
