Mounting and start-up

Mounting position
Risk of damage to the positioner due to in-
correct mounting position.

Do not mount the positioner with the back
of the device facing upward.

Do not seal or restrict the vent opening
when the device is installed on site.

5.2
Lever and pin position
The positioner is adapted to the actuator and
to the rated travel by the lever on the back of
the positioner and the pin inserted into the
lever.
The travel tables on page Seite 26 show
the maximum adjustment range at the posi-
tioner. The travel that can be implemented at
the valve is additionally restricted by the se-
lected fail-safe position and the required
compression of the actuator springs.
The positioner is equipped with the M lever
(pin position 35) as standard (see Fig. 4).

lever is included in the scope of deliv

S, L, XL
levers are available as accessories.
