ADR 1.1.3.1.C:
LAS DISPOSICIONES DEL ADR NO SE APLICAN A: los transportes efectuados por las empresas como complemento de sus actividades básicas,
como el aprovisionamiento de las obras de construcción y obras civiles, o en el camino de regreso de estos sitios, o por trabajos de control , reparaciones y
mantenimiento en cantidades que no excedan 450 litros por envase y en los limites de cantidades las cantidades máximas especificadas en el punto 1.1.3.6.
Debe tener las medidas para evitar cualquier pérdida del contenido en condiciones normales de transporte.Los transportes efectuados por tales empresas para
su aprovisionamiento o distribución externa entran en tal exención.
ADR 1.1.3.1.C: ADR DISPOSITIONS CANNOT BE APPLIED: to company transports as complement of their main activities, as the provision of construction sites or civil
constructions or for the return trajectory of these construction sites or for controls, reparations or maintaining in quantities not higher than 450 litres for packing and fo-
llowing limitations of the maximum total quantities indicated in 1.1.3.6. Provisions must be adopted to avoid any content loss in normal transport conditions. Transports
of these companies for their provision or external or internal distribution are not included in this exemption.

They have been submitted to a leaking pressure test at 0,2 bar and have been proven to be perfectly watertight.

RESPONSIBILITIES
RESPONSIBILITIES OF SAMOA
SAMOA is responsible for the supply of a product in accordance
with the legislation in force at the time of delivery, then built to
perfection, using suitable, reliable materials and components
corresponding to the approvals obtained.
In particular SAMOA is responsible for the provision of a machine
in whose design and construction risks related to all stages of use
and maintenance were considered and, where possible,
eliminated or reduced, by placing in this manual the most
suitable instructions and warnings to minimize residual risks.
SAMOA disclaims any responsibility for any event or situation
connected to:
- The user’s failure to comply with the instructions, prescriptions,
warnings and prohibitions contained in this manual, and in
particular to use other than that described in pag. 5 “Uses
allowed and not allowed” and to actions or behaviours
inconsistent with the provisions invoked by the warning
notices.
- Improper maintenance or maintenance performed by non-
qualified personnel.
- The use of non–original spare or non corresponding parts (See
pag. 10).
- Tampering with safety devices, protections, or alteration of the
calibrations, if provided.
- Modifications not expressly and previously authorised by
SAMOA.
