System information
This screen displays information about the use of the machine.

Language
This screen is used to select the user interface language (Spanish,
English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese).
Date, Time
Set the date and time for the machine.
Temperature unit
Select the temperature unit: degrees
Celsius
(°C) or degrees
Fahrenheit
(°F).
Check/Edit tag
View and edit the
tag
number. [
/right]. There are two types of
tag
:
•
Factory numbered (digitally and physically)
tags
. The
tag
num
-
ber cannot be edited. It is just for checking the number.
•
Non-factory numbered
tags
. Used to (digitally and physically)
check and edit the
tag
numbers.

3.6.1
Cooking with water temperature or sensor
temperature
The
SmartVide X
manual cooking mode is a versatile cooking
system with the following operating modes:

Cooking based on the water temperature

SET temperature and time
: When the water reaches the SET temper

ature, the SET time starts counting down. [
/left] shows that

hours and 25
minutes remain to finish the cycle from the initial
SET time of 12
hours and 30
minutes.

SET temperature without time
(continuous time mode): Once the
cycle has been started, the screen shows the time elapsed since the
start. [
/right] shows that 1
minute has elapsed since the cycle
was started.

Needle probe connected in read-only mode:
If you add the needle
probe during the cycle, the temperature values will be in read-only
mode and will not influence the cycle. [

: During the cycle, the time
starts counting down when the needle probe temperature reaches its
SET value. [
