6.3.5. Procedure D2: Protective cover assembly
Disassembly
:
•
Using a long cross-head screwdriver, loosen
the 2 PT 40x 30 screws.
• Pull to remove the protective cover assem-
bly.
• Check the condition of the O-rings,
replace if necessary.
• Remove the electrode blowing duct,
check its condition, replace if necessary.
Reassembly
:
WARNING :
For the reassembly of the protective cover, it is imperative that the powder tube
has been removed beforehand.
•
Proceed in the reverse orde
r: position the protective cover on the gun,
• Put the 2 PT 40x 30 screws in place and tighten to 75 cN.m.
