6.2.2.  Procedure A2: Electrode support.

• Switch off high voltage, 

 

• Manually unscrew the nozzle nut then 

remove the deflector.

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Remove the electrode support.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Clean the electrode support with com-

pressed air and also the deflector

 

Make sure that there is no accumulation of 

powder.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Clean the powder passage duct by 

blowing with compressed air.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• Before reassembling the electrode support, 

clean the electrical contact with com-

pressed air located in the gun.

• Check the condition of the O-rings, 

replace them if necessary.
