B. PROPORTIONING RATIO ADJUSTMENT
The
material necessary
for the proportioning ratio adjustment consists of
:
A balance,
Some calibrated containers.
Procedure :
Disconnect the inlet hoses from the gun or place the butt-cocks on the outlets of the gun air cap,
Check that the two materials flow out regularly,
Drive the control of flow and fill simultaneously the two containers,
Weigh and calculate the proportioning ratio of the low carried out,
Adjust the proportioning ratio by means of the adjustment crank; if need be, start again the operation.
Disconnect the fluid inlet hoses from the gun or take off the mixing butt-cocks, place then the static
mixer recommended for the application.
The unit is operational.
Use precautions :
The flushing or change of the mixing must be carried out before the pot life.
During the maintenance or replacement of the pumps' or gun wetting cups, you must use T
Lubricate, you shall not use grease or oil.
