Immediately remove and clean the 
interior of the chuck if chips or debris 
get inside. Use an air gun to clean the 
body and moving components of the 
chuck when work is complete. The 
metal may rust if anti-rust cuting oil is 
not regularly applied and may lead to 
decreased gripping force.

칩이나 이물질 등이 척의 내부(스크롤, 
기어부)에 들어가면 즉시 척을 떼어내 분
해 청소를 해주십시오. 작업 종료시에는 
척 본체와 습동면을 에어건으로 청소해 
주십시오. 방청 효과가 있는 절삭유를 사
용하지 않으면 척 내부에 녹이슬어 파악
력이 저하되니 주의하십시오.

如果有碎屑或异物等进入卡盘内(齿
条、齿轮部分),请马上卸下卡盘拆
卸清扫。作业完了后,请用气枪清扫
卡盘本体和湿动面。如果不使用具有
防锈效果的冷却油,会由于卡盘内部
生锈而导致握持力降低。

하루에 한번 주입, 그러나 장비가 높은 
RPM으로 회전하거나 가공시 다량의 절
삭유가 사용되었을때, 보다 많은 윤활유
가 필요합니다.(8시간에 1회주입, 충분
히 많은양)

Once a day. However, when the ma-
chine is operated at high speed rota-
tion or a large amount of water soluble 
cutting oil is used, more of lubrication 
is needed according to service condi-
tions.(Once in 8hours)

1 天加油1 次. 但请在高速旋转后, 
或使用大量的水溶性切割油后,以
及認为有必要时隨时加油.(一旦在
8小时)

Take apart and clean the chuck 
every six months or after clamping 
20,000times whichever comes first.

6개월에 1회 또는 20,000회 사용 후에
는 척을 분해하여 청소해 주십시오(주물 
절삭은 2개월에 1회). 만일, 부품에 마
모나 균열이 있을 경우에는 즉시 교환하
여 주십시오.

6个月1次,或使用20,000次后,请卸
下卡盘清扫(铸件切削2个月1次)。如
果部件磨损或皲裂,请马上更换。

CAUTION

To maintain the chuck for a long 
period of time, it is necessary to 
lubricate the chuck on a regular basis. 
Inadequate lubrication causes mal-
function, reduces gripping force and 
affects gripping accuracy, and causes 
wear and seizure.

척을 장시간 최상의 상태에서 사용하기 
위해서는 윤활유 공급이 중요합니다. 윤
활불량은 저유압에서 작동불량, 파악력
의 부족, 파악정도 저하, 이상마모, 늘
어 붙음 등의 원인이 됩니다. 또 파악력
의 저하는 공작물의 비산 위험이 있습니
다. 따라서 윤활 급유는 확실하게 행하
여 주십시오.

要想长时间以最佳状态使用卡盘,供
给润滑油非常重要。润滑不良会导致
低油压工作不良,握持力不足,握持
精度低,异常磨损,烧结等问题。另
外握持力低还会导致工件飞出。因
此,要切实保证润滑油的供给。
