OPERATOR'S MANUAL
The suspension frame (

) allows the mower to be connected to the three point hitch of the tractor.
Drive from tractor rpm is transmitted through PTO shaft I (

) and gearbox I (

) onto PTO shaft II (

which drives the cutterbar (

) through gearbox II (

). On the cutterbar (
3
) there are discs with two cutting
blades each. Extreme most discs have additionally mounted swath guiding drums.
Hydraulic lifting cylinder I (

) and hydro-pneumatic suspension fed from the tractor external
hydraulics and hydraulic accumulators (

) are used to adjust the mower to working position. Main
linkage frame (

), onto which cutterbar (

) is set features hydro-pneumatic cylinder II (

).
The abovementione
d suspension enables the mower’s impact to the ground to be controlled by
modification of the oil pressure in hydraulic cylinders.
The swath guide (

) and safety guard (

) are also installed on the main frame (

). A standard
equipment of mower is warning plate with combined lights and reflectors (

PTO shafts of other brands with equivalent technical parameters may be used on the SaMASZ
permission.
NOTICE:
PTO shaft lubrication frequency must be respected. Lubrication points are marked in
to be lubricated every 50 hours. PTO shaft shall also be lubricated prior to and
after period of longer idleness.
