Examine torque of all bolts and nuts Table 1,

Torque values for bolts

check the condition of hydraulic hoses and connections,
❑
check the condition of the cutting blades and, if necessary, renovate or replace them with new
ones,
❑
replace damaged parts.
After 4-5 hours of work:
❑
check the screw connections, in particular screw shaft connections, cutting blades, and tighten if
necessary according to Table 1,
❑
check the condition of the hydraulic hoses and connections,
❑
check if the cutting blades are suitable for further operation.
After finishing the operation with the road shoulder cutter:
❑
clean and wash the machine thoroughly.

Adjustment of the height of the support wheel
To adjust the operating depth of the milling machine, it is possible to change the height of the
support wheel. For this purpose, when the road shoulder cutter is raised above the ground, remove pin

, then pull it out and move the support wheel to set an appropriate, one of the
four, operating heights of the cutter.
