5.7.
Maintenance
ATTENTION:
Each time the plow is disconnected from the vehicle's hydraulic system, the
partial pressure in the hydraulic system must be reduced.
Every time before starting work:

make certain that the plow is properly connected to the tractor,
❑
check the condition of the hydraulic hoses and fittings,
❑
check the hydraulic system and marker lights,
❑
check the level of wear on the blade insert and replace if necessary,
❑
check the tightness of all bolts and nuts according to
❑
when installed adjust the height of support wheels or skids,
❑
in the event of broken bolts or damaged parts - replace them.
After 5 workhours:
❑
check the condition of blade inserts,
❑
check the condition of mount securing bolts and replace if necessary,
❑
when installed adjust the height of support wheels or skids if necessary.
After finishing work:
❑
carefully clean and wash the plow.

MAINTENANCE AND STORAGE
In the event when the plow will be parked for a period longer than two weeks, always perform the
following maintenance:

carefully clean and wash the plow,
❑
if the plow requires repairs, adjustments, gasket replacement, or hose replacement this should be
completed,
