NUTRITION TIPS

 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

1.  If you don’t like bitt er taste, you can add

honey. Diabetes pati ents can add xylitol to

take out bitt er taste. If you don’t like sour

taste, you should decrease fruits with acid,

but aft er human body digest fruits acid, it

becomes alkaline which boosts the immune

system.

2.  Ice crushing: put ice cubed in the jar, fi ll

with 3⁄4 water so the ice cubes fl oat 1.25 cm

above the blades. Turn on the machine at

high speed for 2-3 seconds, then remove

the water from the crushed ice.

3.  Tomato has many nutrients which can

prevent oxidati on and cancer. It is also good

for pati ents who have artery problems. But

tomato’s nutrients are not suitable to cook

in high heat. Therefore, we can use this

high performance blender to blend and get

all the necessary nutrients from tomatoes.

4.  Papaya is rich in potassium and sugar.

People with diabetes and kidney problems

should be careful.

5.  Strawberry contains natural vitamins B,C,

melic acid, citri, etc. The ellagic aid is a

phytoche mical that suppressed cancer cells

effi  ciently, dissolves toxins and prevents

cancer cells from pathological changes,

which makes it useful in treati ng the eso-

phagus cancel. Strawberry seeds are good

for curing insomnia.

6.  Celery is the most natural vegetable to help

lower high blood pressure, it cleans the blo-

od and neutralizes the calcium content and

sour material that’s inside the body. Celery’s

beta Carotene also strengthens the body.

7.  Carrot contains about 490 types of vegeta-

ble nutrients, most notably beta-Carotene,

which strengthens the immune system,

help the cells to grow, prevents cholesterol,

decreases liver readings. Also, carrot has

calcium, potassium,vitamin B and C. The

vitamin A helps to reduce sputum and lower

high blood pressure.

8.  When blending for vegetable juice, some

people prefer to add milk instead of water.

9.  The blender has high horse power and high

RPM, therefore it is good for fruits which

should not be cooked for a long ti me. It can

destroy their cell walls instantly and release

their nutrients from the peel, kernels and

seeds, so the body can absorb the nutrients

directly to boost resistance toward illness.
