Preamble
This range Vision is prepared for separated as well as for un-separated
insertion (see drawing)
This instruction/checklist enables you to disassemble, reassemble and start up the
range correctly.
Manufacture of the range
A range, which is ordered for separate insertion, shows the following differences
compared to a standard range:
1. Wiring:
The product is wired completely and is tested (Standard).
Afterwards, for
transport, all cables and clamps will be labelled, dismantled and stored
into the top.
2. Drains (Bain Marie, Pasta-Cooker, …):
will be dismantled after assembling
3. Water pressure hoses (Bain Marie, faucet, …):
will be dismantled after assembling
4. Connection of top section to basement section:
Are connected with plates and screws (security) for the transportation
(see details)
5. Fryer / Pasta Cooker
Such items that goes into the base function (with depth of the well or with
drain systems etc. ) and will make the removal of the top section more
difficult, are assembled temporary only (installation on site).
These functions are not sealed and assembled finally!
6. Basement functions:
The base section is delivered in one or several pieces according to the
order.
A separated base section will not be connected at the dividing point!
(scope of delivery as agreed with project-manager Salvis AG)
