No moisture can be added:
This setting influences maintaining the cooked product’s
own moisture.
The supply air flap opens or closes depending on the
setting.
Air flap position in increments of 20:
0, 20, 40, 60, 80, 100%

0% = Supply air flap open - cooking chamber is de
humidified

100% = Supply air flap closed - own moisture of the
food being cooked remains in the cooking chamber
