Emptying low-temperature cooker

Leave the water and the surfaces to cool to room tem
perature.

Disconnect the device from the power supply.

Drain the cooking pan before transport.
CAUTION!
Uncontrolled leaking of water during draining

Always use the drain tap and hose for draining the de
vice.
Draining
1.
Switch off the device. Unplug the mains plug.
2.
Let the device and the water cool down to room tempera
ture.
3.
Screw the drain hose into the drain tap.
4.
Put the drain hose in a sink or in a suitable container.
5.
Open the drain tap. Turn anticlockwise by 90
°
for this.
6.
Wipe the cooking tank and the cover dry with a cloth after
the emptying.
