Initial'Configuration'
After inserting the batteries, the display will flash all the segments,
followed by the firmware version number, then display
US / CA
with a blinking

When configuring the thermostat, select the desired option by
pressing the + or – button or using the slider ring to cause the
desired value to blink, then pressing MODE.
Using the table below, select your country, then your type of system.

United States – Configures thermostat for use in the US.
CA
Canada – Configures thermostat for use in Canada
HP
Heat Pump
NON-HP
Non Heat Pump – Gas, electric, or oil heat

Heat Pump with O reverse valve

After the initial configuration, the thermostat will display the Home
Screen, at which point it is ready to be attached to the Mounting Plate.
