Indicates the time exercised this session, default counts up from
zero to 1:59:00, but counts down if a target had been set.

Indicates the distance travelled this session, default counts up from
zero to 99.99 kilometers, but counts down if a target had been set.

Indicates the current heart rate is in the target range.

Indicates an increased pedalling speed is needed to bring the heart rate into the target range.

Indicates a decreased pedalling speed is needed to lower the heart rate into the target range.
•
Indicates the heart rate signal has been detected.
