STEP 10 – Back Cushion
Frame Assembly
NOTE:
For shipping purpose,
4 pcs
Lock
Washers
(M8)(118)
and 4 pcs
Bolts
(M8xp1.25
x16mm)(155)
are attached on
the
Back Cushion Frame
(77).
a. Loosen 4 pcs
Lock
Washers (M8)(118)
and 4
pcs
Bolts
(M8xp1.25x16mm)(155)
at both sides of the
Back Cushion Frame (77).
b. Follow the direction of the drawing line. Insert the
Back Cushion Frame (77)
onto the
Back Cushion
Adjustment Bracket (69)
and secure with 4 pcs
Lock Washers (M8)(118)
and 4 pcs
Bolts
(M8xp1.25x16mm)(155).
STEP 11 – Back Cushion & Cover Assembly
NOTE:
For shipping purpose, 4 pcs
Bolts (M8xp1.25x20mm)(156)
and
4pcs
Bolts
(M6xp1.0x15mm)(149)
are attached on the
back of the
Back Cushion (75).
a. Remove 4 pcs
Bolts (M8xp1.25x20mm)(156)
and
4pcs
Bolts (M6xp1.0x10mm)(149)
from the back of the
Back Cushion (75).
b. Attach the
Back Cushion (75)
onto the
Back Cushion Frame (77)
and secure with 4 pcs
Bolts (M8xp1.25x20mm)(156).
c. Then attach the
Back Cushion Cover (78)
onto the
Back Cushion (75)
and secure with
4pcs
Bolts (M6×p1.0×10mm) (149).
STEP 12 – Adjustment Lever Assembly
NOTE:
For shipping purpose, each
Adjustment Lever
has
pre-assembled one pcs
Nut (M8)(127)
as the illustration shown
on the right.
a. Attach each one
Adjustment Handle (67)
to two
Adjustment Levers
to the proper desired position.
b.
To fully secure the
Adjustment Handle (67)
by rotating the
Nut (M8)(127)
in
counterclockwise direction until completely
reach to the
Adjustment Handle (67)
.
STEP 13 – Pulse Sensor Wire Assembly
Connect the
Pulse Sensor Wire C (113)
to the
Pulse Sensor Wire D (114).
