Temperature Hold Mode:
For the programs with the heating function, switching
to temperature hold mode is
automatic after cooking. The hold temperature is set
to 60 °C for 4 hours.
Operating instructions
1. Dice the food; the cube size should be
approx. 2 cm, if sliced meat is used, remove
the tendons and ligaments.
2. When preparing, use the measuring cup for
ingredients.
3. Make sure that the glass bowl is empty
before you begin to cook. Put all measured
ingredients into the glass bowl.
