Step 3: Electrical installation

All electrical installations must be carried out 
in accordance with applicable regulations 
by a suitably qualified electrician. The pump 
must be connected to the electrical supply 
using the mains cable with the attached 
plug. This plug must be connected to an 
accessible socket that has been installed 
in compliance with BS7671 (I.E.E. Wiring 
Regulations). The plug must be accessible at 
all times.
