VIII – Warranty
Our pumps and accessories are warranted for all parts and labor against faulty workmanship (return
to factory) for 2 years from delivery date.
During the 6 following years, this warranty period of 2 years can be renewed if the maintenance of the
pump is made using our PM kit and following the instructions included in "A2CH3 F16 –
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR PROCEDURES".
SGPPL FRANCE is not responsible for damage to its products through improper installation,
maintenance, use or attempts to operate them beyond their mechanical capacity, intentionally or
otherwise, or for unauthorized repair.
SGPPL FRANCE shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential
damages resulting from the use, failure or malfunction of any product.
