If the ‘Please check your network connection’ is popped-up at I/U button click,
check your mobile Network(LTE, 3G, WiFi, etc) of smartphone.
In the case of malfunction of translation engine,
‘Please check your network
connection
’ can be shown too.
If there is no voice input during 20 seconds after click I/U button,
‘Please try again’
will be shown.
In the case of voice input failure resulted from too high noise like horn,
‘Please try
again’ will be shown too.
Magic TOK is designed to select bluetooth mode automatically. But a certain case
of smartphones, the sound may be emitted from smartphone speaker. In that
case, please select the right mode by ‘Bluetooth mode selection’ menu in the
Magic TOK app menu. Try each mode until the speaker work properly.
