Deleting all the old messages
On the navigator key , press or until the ANS.MACH screen is
displayed. Press OK to confirm.
Select MESSAGES. Press Valid .
Select DELETE OLD using or . Press Valid .
To confirm the deletion of all the old messages, press Yes .
To exit the menu, press the red key .
Recording a memo
This function enables you to leave a personal message on your answering
machine. Until the time it is played, it will be considered like a new
message by the answering machine.
On the navigator key , press or until the ANS.MACH screen is
displayed. Press OK to confirm.
Select MESSAGES. Press Valid .
Select RECORD MEMO using or . Press Valid .
Press Begin to start recording.
At the sound of the beep transmitted through the handset, start talking into
the handset microphone.
To stop recording press End .
Your outgoing message is automatically played back.
• To keep the memo, press Valid .
• To modify the memo, press Edit
.
To delete the old messages one message at a time, refer to the
previous paragraph and delete the unwanted messages during
their play back.
