LADDER INSTALLATION STEPS
1.
Determine the best location for ladder access by completing a risk assessment and SWMS.
2.
Select the most appropriate pitch for safe ladder access, 75 or 90 degrees.
3.
Always use an angle measuring device to set ladders to correct pitch.
4.
Calculate the required ladder length between the
top rung and the base of the ladder.

cut only the base
