OBSERVER 4100 USER GUIDE
Config
The Config menu allows you to export
to or import from a USB drive all of the
Observer 4100’s settings, which is useful
when configuring multiple units in the
same manner or creating a backup.
DEFAULT SETTINGS
: Select RESTORE to
revert all settings to the factory defaults.
EXPORT CURRENT SETTINGS
: To export
all of the current settings to a USB flash
drive, insert one in the front USB port
and select EXPORT. The settings are
automatically saved as mdvrcfg.cfg on
the root directory of the USB flash drive.
IMPORT SAVED CONFIGURATION
:
To import a settings file, ensure the
mdvrcfg.cfg file is on the root directory
of a USB flash drive, insert it into the
front USB port, and select IMPORT.
