
Never place a child rear facing in a
seating position with an active frontal
airbag. This can result in serious
injury or death.
This child restraint must always face the rear
of the vehicle and be in the fully reclined
position when the child is less than one year
old.

Slide the pad attachment
tab down and out of the
slot on both sides of the
shell.

Routing LATCH Belt
Insert the LATCH hook that
has the adjuster closest to
it through the rear-facing
belt path.

Thread LATCH
Across
Reach under pad
and pull the LATCH
hook across the shell.
LATCH belt
MUST
be
under pad and in front
of buckle strap.
You must use the 1st or 2nd buckle strap
slots when rear facing.

Attach Pad to Shell
Stretch pad over the
side and reconnect the
pad tab attachment into
the
upper
slot on both
sides.
Make sure the belt is
not twisted.
