Emergency Opening Procedure

In case the safe is locked and
the guest is unable to open it,
observe the following procedure:

1.

Perform the override procedure with the BiMax
Handheld Unit or Emergency Opening Tool T300 (see
details on following pages). If the safe does not open,
go to step 2.

2.

Make sure your HHU/EOT and Master Card/iButton
are working properly. Test them on another safe.

3. If the above does not help, perform mechanical

opening.

Before performing the mechanical opening, we highly

recommend contacting your local service

representative for assistance.
