Electrical Fusing
1. Self-Resetting Thermal Fuse: This fuse keeps the unit from overheating in instances where a load in
excess of the transformer’s capacity is present for an extended period of time. Once normal operating
temperatures return, the unit will reset and operation will continue.
2. Replaceable Current Fuse*: To protect against hazardous electrical conditions, the PT-6001 utilizes a
current fuse that will cut off output electricity in the event of a short circuit condition. When the fault
condition is rectified and the fuse is replaced, normal operation will resume.
