The width and the height of the curve can still be changed.
When the proportion of the width and the height are locked ,the zooming in and zooming out will made
the width and height increase or decrease synchronistical. Rotation can be set to rotate the curve based
on the center point of the curve.

4.2.4 Menu--View
View Function can help users to check the curve. View tools include of move selected, move draw
windows, zoom in draw window, zoom out draw window, display all, view selected, view all the
page ,display path, display polygon point. Shown as picture 2-16.
