Turn on “PHOTOCELL ON” button to let 
the photocell working to protect the lift 
only to be operated at the same level. 
Check oil leakage of the oil line and air 
tightness of  the air loop.

Включите кнопку «PHOTOCELL ON» для 
обеспечения синхронизации подъёма/опускания 
платформ. Проконтролируйте отсутствие утечек 
масла и герметичность пневматического контура.

Check: oil leakage of the oil line and air 
tightness of the air loop.

воздуха

Sub machine oil make- up adjustment

Удаление воздуха из гидравлического контура 
платформ 2-го уровня

1. Turn the selector switch on the control panel to the 
SUB LIFT position.

1. Установите селектор на панели управления в 
положение SUB LIFT.

2. Close the oil make-up stop valve H and G in the 
control box (picture 31). Press the UP button, and the 
right platform of second lift (looking from the front of the 
lift) is raised to about 400 mm. Press the DOWN button 
to lower the left platform to the lowest position, and then 
raise it approximately 400 mm.

2. Закройте запорные клапаны в стойке управления 
(рис. 31). Нажмите кнопку UP, и правая платформа 2-
го уровня (глядя с передней стороны подъёмника) 
поднимется примерно на 400 мм. Нажмите кнопку 
DOWN и опустите левую платформу в крайнее 
нижнее положение, затем поднимите примерно на 
400 мм.

3. Turn the oil make-up rotary switch SA2 in the control 
box to the ADJ position. Open the oil make-up stops 
valve “H” and press the UP button — the left platform 
(looking from the front of the lift) is raised. When the left 
platform is raised to about 300 mm, press the DOWN 
button to lower the right platform to the lowest position. 
Repeat the lifting and lowering process 5~6 times to 
bleed air. After this rise the platforms of second lift to 
the same height. Close the stop valve “H” for oil make-
up and turn the oil make-up rotary switch SA2 in the 
control box to the WORK position.
Sub machine oil make-up adjustment is over.

3. Установите переключатель SA2 в стойке 
управления в положение ADJ. Откройте клапан H и 
нажмите кнопку UP – левая платформа (глядя с 
передней стороны подъёмника) поднимется. Когда 
правая платформа поднимется примерно на 300 мм, 
нажмите кнопку DOWN и опустите правую 
платформу в крайнее нижнее положение. Повторите 
процедуру 5-6 раз для удаления воздуха. Затем 
поднимите обе платформы на одинаковую высоту. 
Закройте клапан H и установите переключатель SA2 
в положение WORK. Процедура удаления воздуха из 
гидравлического контура платформ 2-го уровня 
закончена.

Check and adjust the limit switch of the lift assembly. 

Проконтролируйте и при необходимости 
отрегулируйте желаемое положение концевика.

Test with Vehicle

Рабочие испытания подъёмника

When functioning all the above are normally test the lift 
with a vehicle load. If the lift operates normally under 
load, it can then be put into service.

После выполнения вышеописанных регулировок и 
проверок, выполните рабочие испытания подъёма 
автомобиля на подъёмнике. После этого подъёмник 
можно эксплуатировать в рабочем режиме.
