Licenses of the Implemented Software
In addition to the hardware the RTW TouchMonitor TM3-Primus product includes a
software package for which a variety of licenses apply:
A. Software produced by RTW GmbH & Co.KG, which may only be used for the pro-
per operation of the product as described in the documentation (application, DSP
programs, boot loader). This software is the property of RTW GmbH & Co.KG and
is protected by German and international copyrights.
B. Open source software, released under the GPL (General Public License) of the
Free Software Foundation (FSF):
Linux Kernel, Busy Box, MTDTools, GDBServer, libbfd, gettext, dosfstools,
FreeType,
tslib,

Only the original English version is legally binding, however.
