Problem

Possible cause

The Echo Canceller is not working.

If you switch callers via a Call-In Center to the hybrid the Echo Can-
celler is possibly adjusted incorrectly. Enable the Echo Canceller per-
manently (see ???). Please notice that echoes of more than 32 ms 
cannot be filtered out anymore.
